Conformity and legal guarantee
Consumers have statutory rights if goods do not conform to the contract, description, or expected quality. These rights are not limited by made-to-order production or withdrawal-right exceptions.
Depending on the situation, the consumer may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation under applicable law.
What is not a defect
Normal wear, natural material patina, damage caused by incorrect use or placement, unauthorised modifications, or failure to follow care requirements are generally not treated as product defects.
Complaints
Send product complaints to janisb@weformspace.com with order details, a description of the issue, and photos.
If a dispute cannot be resolved with the seller, consumers may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre in Latvia: https://www.ptac.gov.lv/en/consumer-protection. The EU ODR platform is closed; the current EU list of dispute resolution bodies is available here: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies.
