Data we process

For orders and communication we may process name, email, phone, delivery address, order contents, payment status, message contents, and technical information about site use.

Basket contents are stored in the buyer's browser using localStorage. Payment card data is processed by Stripe, not stored on the WE FORM SPACE server.

Online price calculator

If you use the online price calculator, we process the project description, selected parameters, uploaded files, and provisional estimate to analyse the request, prepare manual review, and communicate about the project.

For site security and abuse prevention we may process technical security and request-limiting data. Project information and files are retained only for as long as needed to handle the request, communication, dispute handling, and legal obligations.

Where the calculator uses external processors, such as hosting, email delivery, security-check, or artificial-intelligence analysis providers, data is shared with them only for these purposes and under applicable data-processing terms.

Purposes and recipients

Data is processed for orders, delivery, communication, accounting, site security, and service improvement.

Recipient categories: payment processing, email delivery, site hosting, and communication platform providers, plus public authorities where required by law.

Optional marketing or third-party analytics are used only with consent.

Rights

You have rights to access your data, request correction or deletion, restrict processing, object to processing, and complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate: https://www.dvi.gov.lv/en.
