Data we process

For orders and communication we may process name, email, phone, delivery address, order contents, payment status, message contents, and technical information about site use.

Basket contents are stored in the buyer's browser using localStorage. Payment card data is processed by Stripe, not stored on the WE FORM SPACE server.

Purposes and recipients

Data is processed for orders, delivery, communication, accounting, site security, and service improvement.

Recipient categories: payment processing, email delivery, site hosting, and communication platform providers, plus public authorities where required by law.

Optional marketing or third-party analytics are used only with consent.

Rights

You have rights to access your data, request correction or deletion, restrict processing, object to processing, and complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate: https://www.dvi.gov.lv/en.
