Returns and withdrawal rights

14-day withdrawal right

For distance contracts, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods unless a legal exception applies.

Made-to-order goods

Goods made to the buyer's individual order or clearly personalised may be exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right. This does not limit the buyer's rights if the goods do not conform to the contract or have quality defects.

Return costs

If withdrawal rights apply, the buyer must contact WE FORM SPACE before returning the goods. If the goods are not defective and the seller has informed the buyer about return costs, return transport costs are paid by the buyer.
